TEROSON® UP 620 is a gelcoat unsaturated polyester body filler used for restoring the original surface finish to boat hulls and glass fibre panels. It repairs osmosis blisters and minor surface damage. It can be used on glass fibre and gelcoat finishes. Once set, it is waterproof and may be overpainted if required.

Specially designed for convenient and accurate dispensing of WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin and 205 or 206 Hardeners. The pumps mount directly on the resin and hardener containers and have been calibrated to deliver the correct working ratio of 5 parts by volume of resin to 1 part by volume of hardener with one stroke from each pump. This strong, wood-toned filler is good for use in glue joints and fillets on naturally finished wood. It mixes easily with epoxy and lets you create fillets that are smooth and require little sanding. Its color is a consistent brown, so 405 can be used to modify the shade of other WEST SYSTEM fillers.
 

406 Colloidal Silica is a thickening additive used to control the viscosity of the epoxy and prevent epoxy runoff in vertical and overhead joints. 406 is a very strong filler that creates a smooth mixture, ideal for general bonding and filleting. It is also our most versatile filler. Often used in combination with other fillers, it can be used to improve strength, abrasion resistance, and consistency of fairing compounds, resulting in a tougher, smoother surface. Colour: off-white.
 

407 Low-Density filler is a blended microballoon-based filler used to make fairing putties that are easy to sand or carve. Reasonably strong on a strength-to-weight basis. Cures to a dark red/brown color.
 

A pure white, blended microsphere based filler for filling and fairing GRP boats. This light weight additive has good load bearing strength but is easy to work with hand tools after cure. For filling and fairing add 10% to 25% by weight to mixed epoxy. Colour: White
 

410 Microlight™ is the ideal low-density filler for creating a light, easily-worked fairing compound especially suited for fairing large areas. Microlight mixes with greater ease than 407 Low-Density filler or microballoons and is approximately 30% easier to sand. It feathers to a fine edge and is also more economical for large fairing jobs. Not recommended under dark paint or other surfaces subject to high temperatures. Cures to a tan color.

A practical mixing application filleting and cleaning tool. Squared bevelled end reaches mixing pot corners for thorough mixing and blending in fillers and for cleaning up excess epoxy. Use rounded end to shape 10mm radius fillets. Cured epoxy pops off easily so they can be reused many times.

WEST SYSTEM 650-K G/flex Epoxy Repair Kit

A toughened, versatile, liquid epoxy for permanent waterproof bonding of fiberglass, ceramics, metals, plastics, damp and difficult-to-bond woods.

With a modulus of elasticity of 150,000 PSI, it is a bit more flexible than standard epoxies and polyester, but much stiffer than adhesive sealants. This gives G/flex 650-K the ability to make structural bonds that can absorb the stress of expansion, contraction, shock, and vibration.

It is ideal for bonding dissimilar materials. It can be modified with WEST SYSTEM fillers and additives, and used to wet-out fiberglass tapes and fabrics.

Mixed at a 1:1 ratio, G/flex 650-K gives you 45 minutes of working time at 72°F. It reaches an initial cure in 7 to 10 hrs and full cure in 24 hrs.

Repair plastic canoes, kayaks and inflatables made from HDPE, LDPE, ABS, PVC or polycarbonate plastic with the contents of this kit. The Plastic Boat Repair Kit features plastic-friendly G/flex 655 epoxy, and is assembled with the do-it-yourselfer in mind.  

Each Plastic Boat Repair Kit contains 8.4 ounces of pre-thickened G/flex epoxy, protective gloves, mixing pallets and mixing sticks. Illustrated, detailed instructions explain how to repair splits and cracks in plastic boats, attach or repair reinforcement points on inflatable boats and repair pinhole leaks in inflatables.

All components are contained in a sturdy, resealable package.

An easy to use two part fast setting resin/hardener system. This adhesive is ideal for quick repairs and general bonding around the boat and in the home the workshop or garage. It is suited for spot applications to hold component parts in position whilst bonding is completed with WEST SYSTEM epoxy. G5 will adhere to most prepared surfaces including wood fibreglass and most metal and cures in 4-5 minutes.

Bonda G4 performs a vital function as a primer when bonding fibreglass to wood, metal and concrete. Apply to clean, dry and well prepared surfaces and leave until finger tacky then apply polyester resin and glassfibre. Consumption on wood or concrete 200g/ m2. Metal 100g / m2. Also, when applied to wood as a continuous film it forms a non-porous plastic coating which is tough and flexible. Apply 3 coats consumption approx 500g /m2 for all 3 coats.

G4 Thinners is suitable for all G4 Sealants and 15 Year White.

Our sealants are ready for use. When treating dense or oily woods or dense concrete the addition of thinners is recommended for the first coat. Stir thoroughly.

Treating Wood - Dense and closely grained woods do not allow deep penetration and should be well sanded to provide a good mechanical key. New teak, mahogany and other oily woods need to be thoroughly sanded. To assist penetration the first coat can be thinned with 20% (by volume) of G4 thinners.

Dense Concrete - Our sealants are not advised for use on very dense or non-porous concrete.

Cleaning Equipment - it is possible to use G4 thinners for cleaning brushes but it is not as effective Bondacleaner or Acetone.

Bonda Resin is a high strength marine grade polyester resin. Use with glass fibre mat or cloth for permanent repairs or for reinforcing GRP, metal, wood & masonary. Also for fabricating GRP mouldings. Bonda Resin provides rapid 'wet out' of glass fibre. The easy mix liquid hardender provides a maximum reactive resin system. Size 500g

Bonda Seal Clear has the following uses.  For sealing all surfaces with a clear, non-yellowing  U.V. light stable non-porous-seal.  For transparent wood finishes - all types of timber flooring, wall and ceiling coverings, boats and furniture, impregnation of masonry, concrete, asbestos, cement and stone floors, coating of metal surfaces, to prevent chemical and airborne contamination, to retain the appearance of finished surfaces, preventing oxidation and tarnishing of metal. Blue Gee Woven Fibreglass Fabric Sheet 200gG/Sq.M. 1 metre x 1 metre in size. Woven fabric is for use with fibreglass resin or epoxy resin. For a wide range of uses including construction and repair work.

Fibreglass Mat Pack - 1m x 1m for GRP Repairs. For reinforcing the gelcoat in a mould or as an overlay for a smoother finish on a GRP laminate. Used approximately 250g of resin.

Blue Gee Wax in Styrene Gelcoat Additive. Produces a tack free finish. Add to gelcoat at 2% when the gelcoat is to be used as a finishing coat similar to paint. Available in 125ml and 500ml sizes.

A high quality catalyst for adding to polyester fibreglass resin at 1% or to gelcoat at 2%. MEKP polyester catalyst for fibreglass resin
