Returns

If you need to return a product purchased from Paint Marine Ltd then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resaleable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

If the return is due to a change of mind and no fault on our part then you will be liable to cover the return postage charge, and any refund will not include the original carriage cost.

Please note that any item that has been custom made for you (for example, a custom colour mix of Jotun paint or a rope splice) is not liable for a refund if no mistake has been made on our part. 

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

We will not refund carriage on Clothing, headwear or Footwear due to sizing issues.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
