West system
West System 104 Junior Pack 600g - consists of 500g 105 Epoxy Resin and 100g 205 Hardener. Designed for small epoxy repairs but can also be used as a refill for bigger packs.
Specially designed for convenient and accurate dispensing of WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin and 205 or 206 Hardeners. The pumps mount directly on the resin and hardener containers and have been calibrated to deliver the correct working ratio of 5 parts by volume of resin to 1 part by volume of hardener with one stroke from each pump. WARNING: DO NOT USE 301 MINI PUMPS WITH 207 OR 209 HARDENERS. Use the 301A set (5:1 by volume) to fit the A Pack size
This strong, wood-toned filler is good for use in glue joints and fillets on naturally finished wood. It mixes easily with epoxy and lets you create fillets that are smooth and require little sanding. Its color is a consistent brown, so 405 can be used to modify the shade of other WEST SYSTEM fillers.
407 Low-Density filler is a blended microballoon-based filler used to make fairing putties that are easy to sand or carve. Reasonably strong on a strength-to-weight basis. Cures to a dark red/brown color.
A pure white, blended microsphere based filler for filling and fairing GRP boats. This light weight additive has good load bearing strength but is easy to work with hand tools after cure. For filling and fairing add 10% to 25% by weight to mixed epoxy. Colour: White
410 Microlight™ is the ideal low-density filler for creating a light, easily-worked fairing compound especially suited for fairing large areas. Microlight mixes with greater ease than 407 Low-Density filler or microballoons and is approximately 30% easier to sand. It feathers to a fine edge and is also more economical for large fairing jobs. Not recommended under dark paint or other surfaces subject to high temperatures. Cures to a tan color.
Handy disposable glue brushes with a wooden handle. These brushes are used for a wide variety of gluing and coating applications.
A practical mixing application filleting and cleaning tool. Squared bevelled end reaches mixing pot corners for thorough mixing and blending in fillers and for cleaning up excess epoxy. Use rounded end to shape 10mm radius fillets. Cured epoxy pops off easily so they can be reused many times.
Square edged wooden stirrers will ensure thorough mixing when high percentages of fillers are incorporated into the epoxy. Strong, durable stirrers that are ideal for scraping excess epoxy from surfaces. 300mm x 27mm
West System Epoxy Syringes. Pack of two. 1 x 10ml and 1 x 50ml. Reusable syringes which can be loaded with the epoxy for injecting into difficult working areas. Ideal for hardware bonding and plywood repairs.
110mm x 110mm Lightweight reusable spreaders with 3mm 4mm and 6mm notches on three sides for quickly applying modified epoxy at a constant rate. Useful when laminating large panels
A specially blended cleaning solvent for removing uncured epoxy from tools, boat and workshop surfaces. Excellent for cleaning contaminants from cured epoxy surfaces.
WEST SYSTEM 650-K G/flex Epoxy Repair Kit
A toughened, versatile, liquid epoxy for permanent waterproof bonding of fiberglass, ceramics, metals, plastics, damp and difficult-to-bond woods.
With a modulus of elasticity of 150,000 PSI, it is a bit more flexible than standard epoxies and polyester, but much stiffer than adhesive sealants. This gives G/flex 650-K the ability to make structural bonds that can absorb the stress of expansion, contraction, shock, and vibration.
It is ideal for bonding dissimilar materials. It can be modified with WEST SYSTEM fillers and additives, and used to wet-out fiberglass tapes and fabrics.
Mixed at a 1:1 ratio, G/flex 650-K gives you 45 minutes of working time at 72°F. It reaches an initial cure in 7 to 10 hrs and full cure in 24 hrs.
